Choosing a location when it comes time for your photo session can sometimes be just as hard as deciding what to wear. As a photographer, I'm constantly getting asked for location ideas. Don't worry, many of us are in the same boat when trying to select a location! I've put together a few of my favorite top locations when shooting a session. 1. Indian Camp Creek
Indian Camp Creek, located off Dietrich Rd. in Foristell, is one of my favorite places to photograph at. It has gorgeous tall grassy areas, a cute little bridge, tall trees, a lake, and an adorable outdoor fireplace.
2. Klondike Park
Klondike Park is located in the beautiful Augusta area. It has lovely high views, some pretty cool rocks, a lake and some sand. It looks beautiful in the fall time when the leaves are changing!
3. Old Town St. Charles
This part of Old Town St. Charles has a bit of an industrial feel. I love the variety of backdrops and the old feel of it. This is perfect for a family session, kiddo session or a Senior session.
4. Quail Ridge
Quail Ridge, located in Wentzville right off 40/64, has some gorgeous spots to take photos! There are lots of grassy areas, a small lake and by the dog park there are some nice open fields, and a cute fence. This place is beautiful year round.
5. Boulevard Park
Boulevard Park is located in Lake St. Louis. This sweet little park contains 2 small lakes, a cute little bridge, some open field areas and trees.
